I really wish 0 stars was an option. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. Do they just decide to shut off the phones so they don’t have to actually work. DO ANY MANAGERS WORK OR IS IT FEND FOR YOURSELVES. I get things are tough right now and they might be short staffed but seriously, this is unacceptable and shows poorly on owners and management. I called the number on the bottom of the receipt and the woman put me on hold to call the location and then hung up on me, the best part is she didn’t even ask me what location it was. I tried to call and their phone lines are not accepting calls. I ordered tonight and when the pizza came I had a smashed in pizza, cheese stuck to the top of the box and ripped the top of the pizza off, the Parmesan bread bites were swimming in oil (might as well have been bread bites soup), and the cheese marinara dip is burnt. Got it switched to delivery but I was given cold pizza. I waited over an hour, called back and they said it was ready for pick up. I said delivery and she put it in for pick up, I told her I would pay with card and she hung up on me before taking my card number. 3 weeks ago we ordered over the phone and the entire experience was ridiculous. Last month I was unable to order online so I called during their open hours and they’re phone lines said they were closed. I love Dominos however, the Orchard location in Oswego has become very disappointing.
